As part of a workshop series with the City of Wanneroo, register for this free session and learn how you can use pricing to drive higher profitability in your business.
Determining the optimum price for a product or service can be very daunting for businesses, with many leaving profits on the table. Not having the optimum price point and not using appropriate pricing strategies to optimise profitability can be the difference between an average and a great business. This workshop will help you to determine the “market point price” and to know what pricing strategies are better suited to your business and how you can use them to drive higher profitability.
This workshop will be of great assistance to small and medium size businesses who would like to use pricing as a lever to improve their competitiveness and increase their profitability! The session will be delivered by Michael Sharp, who brings 30 years of business and management experience to the role of Director at boutique advisory firm Woodhouse Consulting and Coaching Services. He specialises in assisting families that own businesses by enabling family harmony, business continuity and profitability. He is one of only 20 accredited family business advisors in Western Australia.
