The space is available to use on an ongoing basis or for a one-off booking offering flexible working spaces, a meeting room, boardroom and training room.

Owned by the City of Wanneroo, the building was once the original admin building of the Shire.

In 2016, the City of Wanneroo gave Wanneroo Business Association permission to open the space up to the local business community.
