Located in the heart of the City of Wanneroo, Enterprise House at 935 Wanneroo Road, is a dedicated facility for business owners, freelancers, start-ups and entrepreneurs to come together and collaborate in a shared workspace. The space is available to use on an ongoing basis or for a one-off booking offering flexible working spaces, a meeting room, boardroom and training room.

Owned by the City of Wanneroo, the building was once the original admin building of the Shire.
In 2016, the City of Wanneroo gave Wanneroo Business Association permission to open the space up to the local business community.
