Introduction

Pen and Paper Girl was established in January 2020, through my love of stationery, planning and helping others. Plus, over 20 years experience in the corporate banking and hospitality industries.

I’m your Personal Assistant working virtually. Providing a high level of business admin support; freeing up your head space to allow you to focus on the important stuff.

 

Think of all those repetitive tasks you’d rather not be doing. All of that extra time you would have back in your day if you were to hand these over to me.

Tips if you don’t know where to start when it comes to outsourcing:

  • Identify tasks you do on a daily or weekly basis
  • Ask yourself whether you have to do those tasks or if someone else can do them (with instructions from you)
  • Make a list – tick the things you love and highlight the ones you’d like to outsource
  • Outsource your weaknesses/the things you don’t like to do – making way for your revenue generating tasks
