Kasia Mieczkowski is the Managing Director of Eye For Recruitment which is a Perth based Recruitment consultancy offering flat fee recruitment solutions to businesses across a wide range of industries.
Having worked in the recruitment field for over a decade Kasia has had the opportunity to work alongside a varied range of businesses in the WA market and has ridden the wave of what hiring looks like across both employer-driven and candidate-driven markets - from post GFC, through to the WA Mining Boom and most recently the impact of COVID-19 on the employment market.
Kasia is passionate about helping businesses grow with the right staff and systems in place to do so and loves working with her SME client base to see the positive impact the ideal employee can make. Kasia is also the Vice President on the Board of Management for the Wanneroo Business Association.
