The WA Government will require businesses to have a COVID Safety Plan prepared before they reopen.
The Covid Safety Plan is to protect staff and customers from the hazard of COVID-19. Businesses will need to ensure that their COVID Safety Plan is available for inspection by authorised officers and they will need to display a poster signifying that they have prepared a plan in a prominent area.
This session, delivered by Denise Sawkins, Director at SafetyTech, will:
• Explain the requirements of the WA Government Safety Plan template and how to access the document or create your own;
• Explain the process each business will need to complete to ensure their COVID Safety Plan covers all areas;
• Provide resources that will assist businesses in determining the best control measures for their business for the COVID-19 hazard;
• Run through an example of a risk assessment in regard to COVID-19.
