Design thinking is a human-centric approach to innovation. Understand the essential stages of Design Thinking 2.0 to identify your customers' problems and come up with creative strategies and solutions to overcome them.
This session is delivered by Dr. Eunice Sari, CEO and Co-Founder of UX Indonesia and co-founder of Customer Experience Insight Pty Ltd (Australia), who have successfully implemented a Design Thinking mindset to transform businesses around the world. Eunice is a seasoned and accomplished User Experience Designer and Researcher with more than 18 years of experience working in the field.
Eunice has coached, mentored, trained, and consulted thousands of individuals, startups, small businesses, educational organizations, and corporates worldwide to build their business, design and develop their products and services, and accelerate digital transformation. She was the first Asian female Google Developer Expert in Product Design and Strategy in 2016 and is the first Asian female Google Certified Design Sprint Master and the Google Mentor for Startups.
