Wanneroo Business Association is proud to announce The Honourable Mark McGowan MLA, Premier and Treasurer of Western Australia as the next keynote speaker as part of our Quarterly Business Breakfast Series.  Facilitated by TV news anchor, Tina Altieri, this is your chance to hear from the leader of our State post budget, as he discusses the economy, the McGowan Government’s reform and small business agenda, followed by a Q&A session.  Attendees will get the chance submit questions ahead of the event, for the chance to be shortlisted and asked on the day.

Since 2017, Mr McGowan has secured a fair share of the GST for Western Australia, turned the State’s finances around with strong budget management, delivered the construction of METRONET and is presently steering the State through the COVID-19 pandemic.  His Government has driven job-creating initiatives such as Infrastructure WA, delivering a new approach to long term planning and a pipeline of major infrastructure projects for the State, WA Industry Link, which gives local businesses better opportunities to tender for government work, and made TAFE affordable again for Western Australians.

Mr McGowan is currently serving his second term as the 30th Premier of Western Australia and is also the Treasurer and Minister responsible for Public Sector Management and Federal-State Relations.

About our Event MC - Tina Altieri is a TV news anchor who has earned great respect throughout her 30 years in the Australasian broadcast news business. An ambassador for the Channel 7 Television Network children’s charity, Telethon, Tina commenced her career in media as a radio reporter, then joined the Channel Ten Eyewitness News team and, in doing so, became the youngest TV newsreader in Australia.   For 11 years she was a weeknight, main news presenter for the Nine Network, and can now be seen on the Channel 7 Network.

Tickets include access to the event, plenty of allocated time for business networking with local stakeholders/business owners, theatre style seating and breakfast which includes tea, coffee, juice, fruit platters, yoghurt cups, mini muffins, bacon and egg sliders, breakfast wraps and more.  Tickets are $60 for WBA members and $90 for guests.

Photography and videography will be taken at this event for marketing purposes.  No COVID-19 restrictions are in place for this event, but will if Government restrictions are updated, they will be enforced accordingly.
