Amanda has a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from a diverse background in public and private health, with her current position leading Joondalup Health Campus, a 722 bed Private public partnership including a 145 bed private hospital. Alongside previous experience in roles such as Director of the Office of Safety & Quality for the WA Department of Health, Executive Director Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and National Director of Clinical Services for Mayne Hospitals, Amanda has also held positions in Victoria. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to improving patient outcomes through clinical governance, performance management, research and analytics, and ensuring there is a patient focused culture.
Amanda also has significant experience with activity based funding and casemix, and has held positions with the health information business 3M, and has been the Clinical Lead for the Activity Based Funding implementation for the WA Department of Health.
