Quinns Rocks Caravan Park Redevelopment

The City of Wanneroo (City) seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced and capable tourism and caravan park developers and operators who are invited to submit a formal proposal for the development and operation of a low impact and environmentally sensitive tourism accommodation site at Lot 211 (2) Quinns Road, Mindarie as part of the Quinns Rocks Caravan Park Redevelopment.

 The City seeks a long-term relationship with a successful party (Proponent) who can demonstrate skills, experience and financial sustainability in developing, operating and managing successful tourist parks, with an emphasis on sustainable and eco-conscious developments. Proponents are invited to demonstrate their ability to operate within a small environmental footprint, with due consideration to local community, heritage and environmental conservation values under a proposed ground lease.

 The EOI (which is a two stage process) is advertised for the period Thursday 26 August 2021, to 4pm, Friday 8 October 2021 inviting potential Proponents to lodge a Stage 1 submission.
