Member Collaboration: PrimeSites Digital & Wheelchairs for KidsDate:
One of the greatest strengths of the Wanneroo Business Association is its ability to bring together organisations and businesses that share a commitment to making a positive difference in the community. A wonderful example of this is the ongoing collaboration between WBA members PrimeSites Digital and Wheelchairs For Kids Australia. The relationship began in January 2022 when PrimeSites Digital first met with Wheelchairs For Kids’ volunteer CEO at the time, Gordon Hudson, and Chairman of the Board, Jim Joseph. The organisation was experiencing challenges with its existing website provider and was looking for a more reliable and responsive solution. Following a series of discussions, PrimeSites Digital migrated the Wheelchairs For Kids website and commenced hosting and supporting the organisation’s online presence in March 2022. Over the following four years, the two organisations worked closely together, with PrimeSites providing website hosting, maintenance, content updates, and ongoing technical support. This partnership helped ensure that Wheelchairs For Kids could focus on its mission of providing life-changing mobility and posture support equipment to children in developing countries, while knowing its website was in safe hands. More recently, PrimeSites Digital partnered with current CEO Greg Hebble and the Wheelchairs For Kids marketing team to design and develop an entirely new website that better reflects the organisation’s story, impact, and mission. Launched in March 2026, the new website delivers an improved user experience, modern responsive design, enhanced accessibility, and a more effective platform for communicating with supporters, volunteers, donors, and the broader community. Greg Hebble said the relationship has been instrumental in supporting the organisation’s digital presence over the years. “PrimeSites Digital supported us through both the management of our legacy website platform and the transition to our upgraded site.” Mr Hebble said. “The legacy website was a challenging process as we had been left down by the previous agency. PrimeSites migrated the content to their more user-friendly platform and provided content updates as needed. During late 2025 and early 2026 we worked with Jan and Marizanne to modernise the website with a fresh new look and feel. We appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to adapt to our requirements throughout the project. The back end is now far more user-friendly and the hosting package and support offer great value for money.” PrimeSites Digital is a Perth-based web design, hosting, and digital support agency that works with small businesses, community organisations, and not-for-profit groups throughout Western Australia. The team focuses on creating reliable, user-friendly websites while providing the ongoing support organisations need to succeed online. For PrimeSites Co-Founder Marizane Roos, the partnership demonstrates the value of connections formed through the Wanneroo Business Association. “One of the things we value most about WBA is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with organisations that are making a real difference in the community.” Ms Roos said. “It’s been a privilege to work alongside the Wheelchairs For Kids team over the past four years and to help support their incredible mission through technology.” The collaboration between PrimeSites Digital and Wheelchairs For Kids highlights how WBA members can work together to overcome challenges, share expertise, and achieve outcomes that benefit both organisations and the wider community.
