Notice of AGM & Special Resolution 2025

Our 2025 WBA Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday, 24th of  July 2025 at Wanneroo Tavern Function Centre.  

Hear reports from our President and Treasurer on the Association’s performance over the 2024/2025 financial year and take part in the election of the new Committee of Management!

All members are encouraged to attend this FREE event for WBA members with nibbles provided.

Please note: Guests are more than welcome to attend; however, only financial members of WBA will be assigned a vote. One vote per organisation.

Committee of Management Nominations Closed

A total of six nominations (full list below) have been received for four available positions, meaning for the 10th consecutive year, a ballot vote to elect the new Committee of Management will be held at the AGM on the 24th of July. 

If you are unable to attend the AGM, please download our WBA Proxy Form to submit your vote. 

The following Committee of Management members are continuing their term and are not up for re-election this year:

  • Andy Kahle, AndyK Designs – President
  • Niamh Campbell, First Class Accounts Wanneroo – Vice President 
  • Greg Hebble, Wheelchairs for Kids Australia – Committee of Management Member
  • Erika Williams, My Practice Success Partner – Committee of Management Member
  • Steven Windsor, Pascoe Partners Accountants – Committee of Management Member
  • Kayla Vukancic, HR Dept – Northern Suburbs – Committee of Management Member

Andy Kahle, AndyK Designs and Niamh Campbell, First Class Accounts – Wanneroo, will continue their terms as President and Vice-President. The positions of Secretary and Treasurer will be available and as per the WBA Rules, Office Holders must where possible, be nominated from members of the existing Committee of Management members.

We would like to thank all current Committee of Management members for their dedication, contributions and support to the WBA, including Kate Keiley, Kate Keiley Designs, who is concluding her term, and Agatha de Fonseca, Execute Marketing, who is finishing up her time on the Committee.

In alphabetical order by last name, the following nominations and renominations* have been received for the 2025-2027 Committee of Management, which will be decided by election at the AGM:

  • Paul Malatzky, Mode Strategic – nomination supported by Steven A. Windsor, Pascoe Partners Accountants
  • Susan Vercoe, Systematic Success – nomination supported by Kayla Vukancic, HR Dept Northern Suburbs Perth

An online Meet the Board Nominees pitching & Q&A session is scheduled for 9.30am on Tuesday, 8 July 2025 for WBA members to learn more about the people nominating for the Committee of Management 2025-2027 before casting votes at the AGM. The session will be recorded and available via the WBA members Forum.
